Full Service

General Magic will take care of everything from creating your job description & post, sourcing candidates and marketing the role, screening, interviewing, running technical assessments and hiring.

If you don’t end up hiring any of our final shortlisted candidates, you pay nothing!
Option 2

Candidate Stream

For a one time fee of $1,000, General Magic will post your job across our job board and vast network and send you shortlisted candidates that meet your criteria every week until you hire for that role.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of candidates after 2 months, you can ask for a full refund.

FAQs

What do you mean by "Zero Risk"?

"Zero Risk" means that if you choose the "Full Service" option you only pay if you hire a candidate, and if you choose the "Candidate Stream" option, you can get a full refund after 2 months if you're not satisfied with the candidates you receive.

Do you write the job description and help define the roles?

If you choose the "Full Service" option yes! We'll conduct meetings with your team members to help identify the gap that you're hiring for and help you define the role, title and job description.

What makes your unique?

Our team has deep roots in the Ethereum ecosystem, and especially the Public Goods space, having helped build the entire Giveth team. In general, we try to find candidates that are in under-represented markets (South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa), which allows you to find top international talent at a subsidized rate (compared to the often inflated typical crypto job market).

What are your terms for "hiring" someone?

If you choose the "Full Service" option, we consider a candidate hired once they sign their contract and pass their initial trial period (which is usually after 30 days).
