Background

Giveth is focused on Building the Future of Giving using blockchain technology, to support and reward the funding of public goods by creating open, transparent, and free access to the revolutionary funding opportunities available within the Ethereum ecosystem.

Challenge

Giveth's goal is to help projects gain attention and raise donations for their cause. However, the website faced multiple challenges, including a lack of clarity on the main function, unengaging projects, difficulty in building trust, complexity in explaining the GIVeconomy, and navigation issues due to a lack of shortcuts or search functionality.

Solution

The homepage was revamped to clearly introduce Giveth and its mission, highlighting the rewarding mechanism, verified projects, and easy onboarding process. We personalized project promotion by showcasing relevant projects based on important global events.

To assure new users of Giveth’s activity and impact, we provided statistics on total projects, donations, and donors, along with real-time updates. Additionally, we created a concise video introduction, featuring successful fundraisers, to explain Giveth in under two minutes for those who prefer visual content.
